My company recently released an updated mobile application that used native components instead of Ionic components. This was a massive year-long project that required a great deal of testing from over 25 teams. In this presentation, I’ll give the history of the project and the risks involved, I’ll share how our testing and release plans were created, and I’ll share lessons learned from the project.
