Participants work in pairs on their own laptops.
Everyone runs two small LLMs from their own laptop.
The models run in the cloud, so no model downloads are really needed.
What it is about:
Ask an LLM the same question twice. You may get two different answers.
One may be right. The other may be wrong. Or something in between right and wrong?
So one pass/fail kind of rigid assertion – if such a thing ever existed before – design is neither appropriate nor are its outcomes useful.
In this workshop, you run and also probe two small LLMs from your own laptop & see it happen. Then we test a bank’s support assistant (a made-up one) using your answers & answers I recorded in advance.

No ML background needed: Every exercise has a basic task for everyone & a stretch task for those who want more. Come with an open mind, curiosity & passion to learn/teach.
1. Explain why one run of a LLM (an integral part of an AI system) is not a test result
2. Write a rubric that two people apply the same way
3. Treat safety failures as a gate, not a number to average
4. Say what “k failures in n runs” proves & what it does not
5. Use environment details to explain a change in results
