Saijanani Ganesan is a seasoned QA leader with 13 years of experience in software testing and quality engineering. Over her career, she has led high‑performing teams across global organizations, driving automation transformation, defect prevention, and agile QA practices. Her expertise spans ETL testing, CI/CD collaboration, and metrics‑driven quality governance.
Most AI testing demos stop at generating a few test cases. We wanted to answer a harder question: can an AI agent orchestrate the entire QA lifecycle?
In this session, we’ll share the engineering journey of building an AI agent that takes a feature from requirements to test planning, test cases, automation, and a CI-ready pull request. Along the way, we’ll cover the architectural decisions that made it practical in a real engineering workflow – from grounding and cross-feature coverage analysis to resumable workflows and human approval gates. You’ll leave with design patterns you can apply to build trustworthy AI-assisted QA systems, not just better prompts.
