Agentic systems are fundamentally different from conventional software in one critical way – they are not deterministic. The same inputs can lead to different possible outcomes, and different possible paths that agent can take, resulting in completely different outcomes, completely different user experience. There is no fixed set of test cases that would ensure it all!Â
So how does one really evaluate the behavior or Agentic system?Â
How do we ensure that the agent is ready to go live in production?Â
In this session, we are not discussing tools or techniques. We are going to ask more fundamental questions and conceptually learn about how to evaluate Agentic system.
This session is not a lecture. This will be an interactive session where user will participate in some exercises.
