This talk is about what changes when you build a system around the AI instead. Markdown files that hold requirements. Skills that encode how your team actually tests. Sub-agents that split work instead of stuffing everything into one context.
Rajan Ranjan will cover how to structure context, manage token economics on long sessions, and coordinate Claude Code skills and sub-agents on real QE tasks. Bring your own half-working setups. There’ll be time for questions after.
