Saksham is the practice head for Digital Assurance at NewVision, based out of Pune. He has 22+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong expertise in automation testing and technology assurance.
Saksham has played multiple roles in testing delivery, transformation, consulting, solution architecting, technology research, business development and practice management.
Most ui testing framework have a common goal of providing faster and reliable feedback. While executing tests, waits play an important role in this. We should be able to apply appropriate waits which enable us to reduce issues due to synchronization. This is important because if we don’t do this, it leads to various failures which takes up much time of the team to debug and correct these.
There are different approaches enable common waiting mechanisms. But we should know which approach to apply as per current situation in team / framework.

I have around 7 years of experience in testing software products. In my humble experience, I got a chance to work in different scales of organizations. I have been exposed to different test strategies, mindsets, frameworks, test processes in different projects.
I do like to apply automation to testing. I have been fortunate enough to have worked on api, mobile and web automation frameworks in different programming languages and tools. Sometimes I like to create tools to optimize day to day tasks.
I am a tester at heart. I have a keen interest in diving deep in core testing concepts and letting others be aware of the same.
