In this talk, we will look at a few examples of how some product designs could be confusing to users. These products might behave in accordance with the design but, might not be intuitive enough to the users.
We will see how, we (testers), can ask questions about designs too. We’ll see how some of the emotions that we feel when we experience the products could be good indicators of problems in the products.
We’ll discuss importance of conveying these emotions and collaboration effectively with designers to build intuitive and easy to use products.
