REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 

We at Test Tribe Pvt Ltd. (the “Company also referred to as We, Us and Our) treat violations of our policies very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate our policies, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period.  For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below. Please note that our policies differ between users who sign up for long term courses (the “Student“), users who sign up for events (the “Participant“) and our users who use our domain to purchase various merchandise listed on our website (the Customer) at http://wordpress.webcontrive.com/wc-yogesh/ (our “Website”).

 

I.           FOR STUDENTS

 

(a)        No refund is allowed for any purpose for the  Student(s) after they have registered and made the payment against any of the courses provided by Us. Instead, the Student(s) will be eligible for a credit for that course, to be used towards another similar programme/course, with the same course fees structure, at a later date. Such credit is valid for 6 (six) months and may be applied to programmes of similar structures courses by pre-registration only.

 

II.           FOR PARTICIPANTS

 

(a)        No refund is allowed for any Participant after they have registered and made the payment for any event.

 

(b)        No refunds or credits will be available for Participants who fail to attend the event.

 

(a)        Cancellation of Event:

 

1.     We reserve the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

 

2.     In case We cancel an event, 100% of refund will be allowed. However, travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by Participant will not be refunded.

 

3.     In case We cancels/postpones an event, the Participant(s), will be rescheduled to any upcoming event without any extra charges. However, this is subject to the availability of the seats in the upcoming event.

 

III.           CUSTOMER REFUND

 

(a)        We have a 5(five) day – Free return policy. If you are not happy with the product when you receive it and want a refund, please write to us within 5(five) days from the date of receiving the product to the below email address.  We will pick up the product from your registered address and issue you a full refund after receiving the product back at our registered warehouse and found to be proper and same as it was sent. Please note that the product cannot be used in this timeframe and then returned to Us. Refunds will not be entertained in such cases.

 

(b)        If you want to exchange your product for another product or the same product, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email us at orders@thetesttribe.com.com stating your order number and the name of the product you received along with photographs.
A return pickup will be initiated upon you addressing your complaint. If there is any cost difference between the two products, either a refund will be processed immediately, or we will send you a payment gateway link via our payment gateway partners.   

 

Note: – Some of the pin codes are not feasible for pick up, in such cases the Customer will need to send it back to us. Please note we do not offer pick facility outside India in such case, the Customer will have to bear the cost in returning the product.

 

(c)        Shipping charges will not be refunded, and Customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address, We will provide if the pin code is out of pick-up location.

 

(d)        No refunds will be given in the following cases:

 

1.     In case of minor design and color variations.

2.     Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

3.     After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

4.     Package refused by recipient.

5.     Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

 

Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.

 

The terms listed above may be changed at our sole discretion. Any dispute arising from the terms of our Refund Policy will be governed and interpreted by, and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the Courts in Mumbai shall have the sole jurisdiction over any matter, without regard to principles on conflict of law.

 

We bear no responsibility for funds that go astray due to inaccurate payment details provided. Anyone requesting for a refund is responsible for all banking and foreign exchange charges associated with their payment/refund and any additional banking charges incurred.
