We at Test Tribe Pvt Ltd. (the “Company“ also referred to as We, Us and Our) have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate our policies, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period.  Please refer to the information below for details on our refund deadlines and policies. All transactions are final and the company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You read, recognise and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances unless otherwise mentioned herein.

Please note that our policies differ between users who sign up for long-term courses (the “Student“), users who sign up for events, live workshops, and live bootcamps (the “Participant“) and users who purchase our annual membership (the “Member”) at https://www.thetesttribe.com/ (our “Website”).

I. For Students

1. 1. No refund is allowed for any purpose for the  Student(s), after they have registered and made a payment against any of the courses provided by Us. 
   2. The company shall consider each individual case for refunds at the company’s discretion.

II. For Participants

1. 1. 1. No refund is allowed for any Participant after they have registered and made the payment for any event.
         
      2. No refunds or credits will be available for Participants who fail to attend the event.
         
      3. Cancellation of Event:
         1. We reserve the right to postpone/cancel an event or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, earthquakes, political instability or whatsoever reason the company deems fit at their discretion and volition.
            
         2. In case We cancel an event, a 100% refund will be allowed. However, travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by Participant will not be refunded.
            

In case we cancel/postpone an event, the Participant(s), will be rescheduled to any upcoming event without any extra charges. However, this is subject to the availability of the seats in the upcoming event.

III. For Members

1. 1. 1. 1. 1. BILLING AND PAYMENTS
               1. Payment Processing:
                  1. Payments and any other expenses must be processed through the third-party payment processing system (“PSP”), as specified on the Test Tribe website and/or in the Website Terms and Conditions. Member(s) may be required to register with the PSP, agree to the terms of service and privacy policy of the PSP, provide payment details, personal information, and undergo a vetting process, as requested by the PSP, to establish an account (the “PSP Services Agreement“).
                     
               2. Acknowledgement of PSP Services Agreement:
                  1. By subscribing to our annual membership, the Member(s) acknowledge that they have downloaded or printed, reviewed, and agreed to the PSP Services Agreement. It is important to note that Test Tribe is not a party to the PSP Services Agreement, and the Members, the PSP, and any other parties listed in the PSP Services Agreement are the parties to it. It is hereby declared that Test Tribe bears no obligations, responsibility, or liability under the PSP Services Agreement.
                     
               3. Taxation:
                  1. All prices and fees displayed on the Test Tribe website are inclusive of applicable central, provincial, state, local, or other governmental sales taxes, goods and services taxes, or other taxes, fees, or charges (“Taxes”).
                  2. Any Taxes applicable to the Member are based on the rates applicable to the billing address provided by the Member(s) and the final price or fee shall be calculated at the time of the transaction, being charged to the Member(s).
                     
                     
            2. Cancellation
               1. Member(s) can cancel their annual membership subscription at any time by accessing their profile page on the Test Tribe website and clicking the designated “Cancel Subscription” button. This cancellation shall mean that the Member is cancelling the renewal of their membership for the next period.
               2. Member(s) shall continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of the current subscription term, regardless of when the cancellation is initiated and we reserve the right to suspend a Member’s access to the subscription benefits in cases of suspected violation of our Website Terms and Conditions or any unlawful activity. Suspensions shall be enforced pending our internal investigation, and Member(s) shall be notified of the suspension via email.
               3. Upon the end of the current period, their access to the courses and other benefits shall be terminated, at the end of the current subscription period. Furthermore, cancellations made before the renewal date shall take effect at the end of the current subscription term and cancellations made after the renewal date shall take effect at the end of the subsequent subscription term.
               4. We do not offer refunds for cancellations of annual membership subscriptions. Each application for a refund will undergo individual review and consideration based on their specific circumstances. 
               5. Member(s) can reactivate their subscription, at any time by contacting our customer support team or by sending us an email at [email protected]. Reactivation shall grant the Member’s immediate access to the subscription benefits.
                  
                  

The terms listed above may be changed at our sole discretion. Any dispute arising from the terms of our Refund Policy will be governed and interpreted by, and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the Courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have the sole jurisdiction over any matter, without regard to principles on conflict of law.

We bear no responsibility for funds that go astray due to inaccurate payment details provided. Anyone requesting for a refund is responsible for all banking and foreign exchange charges associated with their payment/refund and any additional banking charges incurred.
