Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT and others are revolutionizing the way software is developed and tested. This session explores the dual impact of LLMs on the testing domain: how LLMs can assist in test design, automation, and documentation, and how to effectively test applications that are powered by LLMs.
Attendees will gain insights into the practical use cases where LLMs can optimize test coverage, generate meaningful test scenarios, and even support exploratory testing. On the other side, the session will also uncover the unique challenges in testing LLM-based applications, including non-determinism, prompt sensitivity, hallucinations, and evaluation techniques.

Surya is an IT professional with over 15 years of experience in Manual, Automation, Performance, and API Testing. Throughout his career, he has held diverse roles including QA Manager, Scrum Master, Technical Lead, and Senior QA Analyst across both product and service-based companies.
He has hands-on experience with tools such as HP UFT, Selenium, TestComplete, LoadRunner, and JMeter. Surya also holds multiple certifications, including ISTQB, HP UFT, Tricentis Tosca, NeoLoad, and Scrum Master credentials.
Over the years, he has contributed to organizations like Capgemini, Hitachi, IT Convergence, Cipher Cloud, Sagar Soft, and currently works at QualiZeal. I’m Mahathee. I work as a Project Lead Quality with Persistent Systems in Hyderabad, India. Apart from actively testing products I love to share my knowledge by attending conferences and meetups, networking with people, learning from them, reflecting on my learnings and applying them at work. I have been an active member of various testing communities like The Test Tribe, Testchat, Agile Testing Alliance, Ministry of Testing, Synapse QA etc. I also like mentoring junior testers.
