About Session:
Women in technology face several hurdles. But it doesn’t imply there isn’t room for improvement. There are several elements that might assist us in getting back on track after a break! Women are naturally good at handling situations, and every mom taking a break deserves a better shot. We must concentrate on raising our profile. Also, never assume that motherhood will effect you. More than that, if you had a country movement, this might demotivate you again. Please do not despair. Meeting people with similar backgrounds might be beneficial. Build a strong support system around us. There’s always enough place for everyone, so be kind to you and others. For this talk, I will be discussing my own experiences and problems.
