Session Title: “An approach to a central framework” by Jyoti Shah

Abstract:

In this session, the speaker (Jyoti Shah) will talk about what is a test automation framework. We will also talk about the common approaches to test framework design. Jyoti will explain the challenges which we might face in test automation framework design through case studies which will lead us to understand the importance of a central testing framework. She will then give a demo about how to go about designing a central automation framework.

About Speaker:

Jyoti is a seasoned testing professional with 12+ years of experience in Testing, Automation, designing Frameworks, Agile practitioners.. Presently working with Deutsche Bank as an Associate Vice President, she has good knowledge in a diverse range of topics.

Session Title: “Approach towards SAP Testing” by Sounak Roy

Abstract:

1. Would cover Basics of ERP and Intro to SAP with a  brief touch on SAP history and background.
2. Moving onto Stakeholders in SAP, along with SAP testing lifecycle.
3. SAP Testing Methodologies & approach along with Tcodes should be explained in brief
4. Need of SAP Testing, techniques & challenges for the same.
5. Continuing SAP Business Process Flow & Issues with implementation.
6. Finishing off with Case Study followed by QnA.

About the speaker:

Sounak has around 10+ years of experience, primarily in SAP S/4 HANA Testing and Management, have worked majorly with clients onshore (EU & US). Currently working as Project Manager in TCS leading an SAP S/4 transformation for UK Retail giant. During his career, Sounak has worked with some of the Top IT Giants of the world like L&T Infotech, Capgemini and IBM to name a few.
