Marianna has nearly 20 years of experience in HR and has been focused on recruitment since 2012.
Before coming to Calgary in April 2022, she managed a recruiting agency in Ukraine, hiring tech teams for clients from the US, Germany, the UK, and Israel all over Central and Eastern Europe and LATAM. Besides, she recruited C-level professionals as well as white-collar staff for companies in Ukraine and Poland. During the last 2 years, she has been recruiting clients from Canada as well.
Besides, Marianna is a career consultant for those looking for a job in Canada and helps job seekers based in Canada and abroad secure their first job in the country.
Marianna has recently launched a project to support job seekers in Canada. She hosts live streams with people who already secured their jobs in Canada to share their insights with those who are still in the process.
Another project of Marianna is Founders’ Frontier – a series of webinars with startup owners. One of the objectives of these webinars is to connect entrepreneurs with potential talent.

Olga is a Junior QA at Neo Financial. Prior to joining Neo, Olga was on maternity leave for 4 years. She also worked as a Ubisoft Game tester in Kyiv, Ukraine before having kids. Olga graduated with a Master degree from Czech Republic university. She and her family arrived in Canada one year ago where they all enjoy an active life of skiing, cycling and hiking.
Lavanya is a software professional with experience in software testing and development. In her current role as a Director of QA at Neo Financial, she is responsible for leading test strategies across the organisation. Her focus is on leadership and building high performance teams that help ship quality products which delight customers. Haydee started her career in Mexico as a petroleum engineer. She relocated to Calgary two decades ago. In her early years in Canada, she pursued the opportunity to enhance her knowledge at the University of Calgary, culminating in the completion of both a Master’s and a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering, specializing in fluid flow and pipeline engineering.
Following her academic endeavors, Haydee joined the Pipeline Center at the University of Calgary as a Research Associate. Her role encompassed designing experimental facilities, planning, and executing fluid flow experiments, conducting data analysis, and performing numerical simulations.
In a significant career pivot last year, Haydee sought to meld her oil and gas background with a renewed focus on data analysis and software development. Joining CITI towards the end of 2023 proved instrumental as it facilitated a connection with Turing Analytics Inc. They were actively seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with expertise in reservoir and production engineering, aligning seamlessly with Haydee’s professional background.
Since January of this year, Haydee has thrived in her role as a QA at Turing Analytics, finding it to be an outstanding fit. The position has afforded her opportunities to delve into the realms of data analysis and software development, demonstrating that she can seamlessly integrate her extensive engineering expertise into this dynamic landscape, creating a harmonious fusion of her past and present professional pursuits.
