What is the webinar about?

My company recently released an updated mobile application that used native components instead of Ionic components. This was a massive year-long project that required a great deal of testing from over 25 teams. In this presentation, I’ll give the history of the project and the risks involved, I’ll share how our testing and release plans were created, and I’ll share lessons learned from the project.

Key Takeaways:
  • How to assess risk in a large project
  • How to allocate testers
  • How to ensure participation of adjacent teams
  • How to organize test and release plans
