Preethi Guruswamy is an Engineering Leader, Certified Coach and has over 24 years of experience in the software business, having also worked at, Intuit, Informatica, Oracle, and CGI. An experienced leader, Preethi leads new development and growing established products.

Preethi’s career includes Enterprise, cloud solutions, Real-Time Streaming, database design, and Big Data products. She is passionate about customer benefits, great design, and business results. She has built various tech communities like Hexagon UX and Lean In communities. She is the Founder and Regional Leader for ‘Lean In Network, Women in Tech, India’, one of the fastest-growing women-in-tech networks in India, which now has 4500+ women members. She led the group’s success and received the 2018 Learn “People First” award.  She is also an advisor for the NGO which works for the education system in Bangalore.
