At times, especially when we get comfortable with our products, we could find ourselves entering similar inputs, selecting similar options from the drop-downs, performing similar actions, etc. each time we test something. However, customers could be using our products very differently.
Varying inputs and the way we interact with our products while testing could help us uncover some bugs, give us understanding of what different people might like or dislike about our products, give ideas for improvements, and so on.
In this talk, I would like to mention a few ideas that we could try in order to consciously vary the way we interact with our products during testing.
