This session will explore the frontier model vision with a sneak peek into what lies ahead for enterprises adopting AI. It will look at where the opportunities exist for organizations to scale AI, where enterprises currently stand in their adoption journey, and the hurdles that may be slowing progress. The session will also examine how Quality Engineering organizations need to reinvent themselves to stay relevant in these changing times, while leaving attendees with key takeaways to navigate the path ahead.

AI is dramatically increasing how fast teams can produce code, tests, and pull requests. But an unexpected problem is starting to show up in many pipelines: the faster development becomes, the more QA becomes the bottleneck. Traditional quality gates were designed for human-scale development, not AI-scale output. So what happens when your backlog grows faster than you can validate it?
Instead of trying to “test harder,” teams are starting to rethink the system itself. How much testing is actually necessary given the time-to-market pressure? What validations should exist inside the development context itself rather than waiting for QA? And how do you handle the remaining volume without overwhelming humans?
This session walks through practical patterns teams are experimenting with, reducing validation backlog, and using AI-assisted or agentic workflows. Along the way we’ll look at the workflow ideas that work, the ones that don’t, and the surprising pitfalls teams encounter when AI starts producing more change than QA can realistically review.
Because the real question isn’t how QA keeps up with AI – it’s how quality systems evolve when AI changes the speed of development itself.

Having seen this industry, its leaders, job market, trends and conferences over the last 2 decades – I am of the semi final conclusion that history is repeating itself. It may sound exciting for people in their first decade of their career or perhaps many in their second decade can also be oblivious to it because everyone has a family to care for but looking at it from outside – there are 99% similarities to what people did with automation is what they are doing with AI. In this talk, Pradeep breaks down things that happened in the past and comparing that to now hence enabling the audience to derive a profound insight to either see the reality or think differently about AI.

The DevOps infinity loop — plan, code, build, test, release, deploy, operate, observe — has always been a cycle. But in the agentic era, AI doesn’t just assist inside that loop; it runs it. Every step, from writing infrastructure-as-code to auto-remediating production incidents, can now be driven by open-source AI agents like OpenClaw for agentic orchestration and Telegen (github.com/mirastacklabs-ai/telegen) for observability signal collection — tools you can deploy today, in your own environment, without depending on a hyperscale cloud provider.
This session is hands-on and built for teams who want to leave with something real. For each of the 8 steps in the DevOps infinity cycle, you’ll get a concrete, implementable pattern — the right open-source tool, the right agentic hook, and the right observability signal to close the loop. No theory, all real tools that can be used today and now.

As AI evolves from a support tool to an autonomous participant, leadership is undergoing a fundamental shift. Decisions are increasingly shaped or even initiated by intelligent systems, requiring leaders to rethink how control, accountability, and value creation are managed.
This panel brings together experienced leaders to discuss what it takes to lead in an AI-native environment where success depends not just on adopting AI, but on integrating it into the core of how organizations operate and make decisions. From scaling AI responsibly to redefining team structures and leadership mindsets, the conversation will explore how to balance autonomy with trust and business outcomes.
This panel will focus on the following areas:
Join us as we explore how leadership is being redefined in the age of AI—and what it takes to lead organizations into an autonomous future.

AI is rapidly entering the engineering workflow but making it work in real-world teams is far from straightforward.
This panel brings together engineering leaders who are moving beyond experimentation to practical adoption. The conversation will focus on where AI is delivering real value, where it falls short, and what it takes to integrate it into day-to-day engineering without compromising quality or control.
