“Mayank is an engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. He heads the global AI Services & Accelerator unit within SAP’s Business AI Product Engineering organization.

He introduced Machine Learning into SAP software in 2015 and has since been instrumental in building SAP’s global AI development footprint – starting in Singapore and scaling across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Over the past decade, he has led the ideation, development, and commercialization of AI capabilities now used by over 5,000 SAP customers worldwide across multiple industries. Today, he is driving SAP’s evolution toward Generative and Agentic AI while helping transform enterprise software engineering through AI-native practices.

Prior to SAP, he built and led the Technology Practice for a Singapore-based start-up, delivering scalable enterprise solutions across Southeast Asia.

Mayank holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC & Mannheim Business School and a Master’s degree in Computer Applications. He is passionate about building high-performing global engineering teams and enabling organizations to deliver trusted, responsible AI at enterprise scale.”
