AI is no longer a feature in some products – it’s becoming a layer in every product. Search is AI-powered. Support is AI-powered. Code completion, document summarization, fraud detection, personalization, pricing, recommendations – all AI. Within 18 months, it will be hard to find a product that doesn’t have AI somewhere in the stack.
This means every QA professional in this room will test AI. Not “might” – will. The question isn’t whether you’ll encounter AI products, but whether you’ll be ready when you do.
The challenge is fundamental: traditional testing assumes deterministic behavior. You give input X, you expect output Y. If you get Y, pass. If not, fail. AI breaks this. The same input can produce different outputs. “Correct” is fuzzy. Regression testing becomes philosophically questionable.
This panel brings together practitioners who’ve tested AI products in production – not AI tools for testing, but AI as the product. “Jawahar Govindaraj is a global leader in AI-driven Quality Engineering and SAP enterprise transformation, with over 25 years of experience advising Fortune organizations on scaling AI, Agentic AI, and autonomous testing strategies. He holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master’s from IIT Bombay, and is currently pursuing a PhD in AI.
Jawahar is a frequent speaker at global conferences, including AWS, Microsoft, and SAP TechEd, and actively contributes to AI research and thought leadership.

Nikhil Uday Gundawar is a data and AI leader with over a decade of experience building high-impact analytics capabilities in fast-scaling fintech environments. Currently Director of Analytics & Insights at slice, he has led the development of data-driven decision systems across product, risk, growth, and operations – helping teams move from intuition-led decisions to structured, insight-driven execution.
His recent work focuses on driving AI adoption across the organization, building and scaling intelligent systems that augment decision-making for multiple functions. From embedding AI into day-to-day workflows to enabling faster, more accurate business decisions, Nikhil is focused on translating emerging AI capabilities into practical, high-impact applications at scale.
Rahul Verma
Sr. Consultant & AI Coach
Rahul Verma is an awarded thought leader in the testing community, working as a Senior Coach and Consultant at trendig technology services gmbh. He created Swayam, an LLM framework for layered prompting, and Arjuna, a free, open-source Python test automation framework. He has contributed as an author and reviewer for certification bodies like Artificial Intelligence United, Selenium United, ISTQB, and CMAP.
His testing experience covers LLMs in testing, Python automation frameworks, web security, white box testing, and web performance testing. His research explores meta-programming and object-oriented design patterns for automating these areas. He has presented, published, and trained thousands of testers, with his work deeply influenced by his interest in poetry and spirituality.
