Why Do you do test automation? Because you are really looking to solve a problem or because it is in the in-thing or because you want to make your resume more solid
How many automation projects in your career have seen the intended success they were initially conceptualized for? Have you ever measured the success of your automation objectively post-implementation? More importantly, have you done the Return on Investment analysis of your Automation project before it started? Should not we do this analysis before the project starts to see if it makes business sense to do this project or not?
In this session, Ashutosh will help you think through all these questions and provide you with a framework to do the Return on Investment analysis of your automation project before it starts.
