Test Automation is like comfort food, everyone has their own recipe, ingredients, and preferences of taste, but an overarching goal of any test automation setup is reducing time to market without compromising on checks and balances. Keeping it in mind, This session is going to be focused on elaborating on what a good test environment looks like, is it aligned to UI tests? More Unit? more API? or something which can explain how the test pyramid can be implemented and maintained? will try to answer all these questions with a broad answer and details of this implementation.

Gaurav Mahajan, Technical Director at Globant
After earning his Computer Engineering degree from Mumbai university 15 years ago, he entered the world of information tech and software development to explore his passion for building quality products, yes he discovered in 6th sem that quality of software engineering is where his interest lies since then, he has worked with various start-ups (India and aboard) and fortunately, has been part of inspiring quality Engineering transformation of various shape and sizes. Today, he works with Globant as technical director at Pune. With his unbending resolve in test automation, he struggles every day to catch up with the ever-evolving landscape of tech.
But still, a good keynote makes him behave like a kid in a candy shop. So, here he is to share one such experience (from a transformation).
