Badge (Born Tester)

(a) We have a 5(five) day – Free return policy. If you are not happy with the product when you receive it and want a refund, please write to us within 5(five) days from the date of receiving the product to the below email address.  We will pick up the product from your registered address and issue you a full refund after receiving the product back at our registered warehouse and found to be proper and same as it was sent. Please note that the product cannot be used in this timeframe and then returned to Us. Refunds will not be entertained in such cases.

(b) If you want to exchange your product for another product or the same product, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email us at orders@thetesttribe.com stating your order number and the name of the product you received along with photographs.
A return pickup will be initiated upon you addressing your complaint. If there is any cost difference between the two products, either a refund will be processed immediately, or we will send you a payment gateway link via our payment gateway partners.

Note: – Some of the pin codes are not feasible for pick up, in such cases the Customer will need to send it back to us. Please note we do not offer a pick facility outside India in such case, the Customer will have to bear the cost of returning the product.

(c)        Shipping charges will not be refunded, and Customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address, We will provide if the pin code is out of the pick-up location.

(d)        No refunds will be given in the following cases:

1.     In case of minor design and color variations.
2.     Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
3.     After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
4.     Package refused by the recipient.
5.     Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
