Session #2: “Testing of Low code Applications” by Anuradha Raman, the Lead Automation Engineer at Kissflow

The business software market has seen a significant increase in the number of low-code development platforms. Low-code application development platforms are designed to reduce IT bottlenecks by letting layman users create their own applications, without needing to rely on programmers.

Because low-code programming minimizes the time and effort it takes to write an application, we might be tempted to think it also minimizes the time QA teams have to spend testing the application. This talk will attempt to clear the misconception – “Low code means low- QA”

In this talk, we’ll cover the following pointers:

The relevance of traditional testing in low-code app testing
Features of Low-code app testing
Challenges or opportunities to learn while testing low-code development platforms

About the Speaker:

A Software Tester by choice. Over a decade of experience in testing. QA professional with full system development lifecycle experience, including designing, developing, and implementing test plans, test cases, and test processes.
